shade for weeks to stimulate chlorophyll then are the milled to a fine powder.
Matcha contains high levels of caffeine than other teas but with no
jittery feeling.
Apart from making tea, matcha can be used to make Cakes, Macarons,
Latte, facial cleanser etc.

How to prepare
1.Place the matcha powder in a bowl, Add small amount of hot water and
whisk the mixture to a thick paste.
2.Add the remaining water to the mixture and whisk brisk in ‘W’ motion
until the tea is smooth and frothy.
