At VobylTea, we are committed to your satisfaction. We want you to love our teas. However, because our products are food items (herbal teas and wellness blends), we have a limited return and refund policy for hygiene and safety reasons.
1. Return Window
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or refund.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unopened, in its original sealed packaging, and in the same condition as when delivered.
- You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
- The return request must be made within 14 days of delivery.
Please note: Opened packages, used products, or teas that have been consumed partially cannot be returned or refunded due to food safety regulations.
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Any opened or partially used tea products
- Personalized or custom-blended products (if applicable)
- Products damaged due to customer mishandling after delivery
4. How to Request a Return or Refund

- Provide your order number, reason for return, and photos of the product (if damaged).
- We will review your request and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) if approved.
5. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product is faulty or wrong item was sent.
- If the return is due to our error (wrong product or damaged on arrival), we will refund the full amount including original shipping.
6. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
7. International Orders
For orders outside Kenya:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Customs fees and duties are non-refundable.
8. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update this Return and Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page.
